Rupert and the Magic Toy Man was a story written and illustrated by Mary Tourtel that appeared in The Daily Express from 9th September 1922 to 25th November 1922 in 66 single-panel instalments.
It was reprinted in the paper from 11th March 1931 to 27th May 1931.
