Trivia/Goofs[]
- Last appearance of Podgy Pig in a speaking role in the series.
- The episode's title is a reference to a Maurice Sendak book, due to both series were animated by the Canadian company.
- This episode is unique in that Rupert, an anthropomorphic bear, meets Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, two feral bears.
- When Ursa Minor goes to Edward's house, it is shown that Edward has a younger sibling, Pompey Trunk.
- When Mr. Bear sees the Wise Old Goat dangling from his roof out of the window, he wakes up his wife for the second time to tell her he saw something odd outside. Mrs. Bear says ''Oh really dear. No more cookies for you before bedtime." The cookies could be a synonymous for liquor, which means that Mr. Bear had a alcoholic drink before he went to bed. Because mentioning liquor is not for children, the writers could have used cookies as the synonym.
